Return & Refund Policy | PAG South Africa

PAG Clothing is committed to providing you with the best shopping experience as well as the best service to ensure your satisfaction and trust. Therefore we provide a return & refund policy to protect your rights and interests. We are willing to provide after-sale support according to the following return refund policy. Only one return or exchange is offered per order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Undamaged and unused, still with the original tags, packagings and stickers attached. The principle of not affecting the second sale;
  • Not missing any accessories or parts;
  • Unwashed and unwetted;

Products that cannot be returned for a refund:

  • Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits; or hygiene products;
  • Jewellery for piercing;
  • Gift cards;
  • Products which have been personalised for you or made to your specifications, unless defective.
  • Products on sale.

The following will NOT be considered as defects and you will not be entitled to a refund:

  • Failure due to normal wear and tear;
  • Damage due to negligence, user abuse or incorrect use of the product;
  • Damage due to electrical surges or corrosion from seawater;
  • Damage due to failure to adequately care for the product;
  • Damage due to unauthorised alteration of the product;

In order to complete your return, we require an order reference.

In some cases, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable):

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours;
  • Any item returned more than 14 natural days after delivery.

HOW TO CANCEL / MODIFY YOUR ORDER

You can cancel your order or change your order information (e.g. colour, size) free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled in principle. If you insist on cancelling, we will charge you 50% of the order amount as a reimbursement for the storage, order preparation and shipping costs we have incurred. This charge will be deducted from your refund for the Products.

HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE / RETURN REQUEST

  • We only accept replacement items within 30 natural days of the date of receipt.
  • In order to complete your return/exchange, we require an order reference.
  • If you receive a defective item, please attach a photo or video of the defect.
  • We do not accept return/exchange requests for any human damage.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

  • If you wish to return items purchased on the website, you will need to initiate a return request within 30 natural days from the date of receipt of the goods and return these items within 14 natural days.
  • When items are shipped in error, damaged during shipping, or otherwise defective, we will bear all shipping costs. Except for the above situation, you need to bear the postage.

RETURN ADDRESS

  • Please initiate your return/exchange request in advance, after the return/exchange request is approved, we will send you the return/exchange shipping address and other instructional information.
  • Once your return/exchange request is confirmed, we will send you the return address.
  • If you send back an item without initiating a return/exchange request, we will not be responsible for the returned item.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the outcome of your refund request (approved or denied). If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days and automatically credit the amount to your credit card or original payment method within 8 days.

If you have not yet received your refund (confirmed acceptance), please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company to enquire about a refund, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Your refund may take some time to be officially posted.

There is usually some processing time before a refund is received. If you have done all of the above and have not received your refund, please contact us at info@pagclothing.com

Promotional items (if applicable) are only refundable for regular priced items, but unfortunately not for special priced items.

Any shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

  • Discounted combo items returned for less than the discounted number of pieces, the reserved items will be counted at the original price;
  • The amount of the product after the return does not meet the full discount criteria, the original price will be calculated back to the original price;
  • After the return, the product does not meet the gift standard, you need to send back the gift together with the returned product (new and unopened), otherwise it will be charged according to the original price of the gift.
  • The above amounts are deducted from the refund, if there is a shortfall, the order cannot be returned for a refund in principle. If you insist on returning the goods, we will charge you a fee.
  • Each return and exchange shipment is at your expense and the original shipping cost is non refundable.
